Total number of care worker hours in the previous week This is the total number of hours based on the rotas for the previous week, including No Calls Required and unallocated. Gathered from data on your rotas.

Total number of permanent care workers currently working The number of active carers i.e. who carers start date is before the report start date and end date is after report start date. Driven by the number of “Active” carers in CareFree.

Total number of carers who have left in the last 12 months The number of carers with an end date between the report start date and 12 months prior to report start date. Information collected from the Carer’s screen under the “Other Details” tab (where an end date is populated)

Percentage of permanent care workers with NVQ2 or above 2e / 2b * 100

Number of care workers with NVQ 2 or above The number of active care workers with a qualification (Qualification not QA – Stored in Carer’s screen under the Qualification tab) which has an acquired date filled in and has a name matching: NVQ 2 in Care, NVQ 3 in Care or NVQ 4 in Care
