The Verification Screen

Using the Verify screen

You would use the verify screen to check and alter the status of a particular clients/carers calls.

  • Use key in the top right hand corner to determine status of the call (shown below)
  • Call status can be amended if you know it to be correct

Verify from any screen:

  1. Click on Verify icon at top of screen
  2. Select specific Client/Carer on left hand menu
  3. To amend a specific call double click on a particular call
  4. Complete pop up screen and press save (explanation of how to complete is shown below)
