Scheduling
You may use this to schedule clients/carers on courses/assessments.
- Any scheduled course/assessments booked will show in the main QA schedule when an individual client or carer is highlighted
- When completing a schedule CareFree will automatically ask if a refresher assessment/course should be booked (providing and intervention has been set in ‘items’ )
Top tip: To select a large group of carers/clients to be scheduled on one particular assessment in the same month use ‘TOOLS’ option and select people you wish to go on particular course/assessment
Setting interventions
- Select ‘Items’ icon from the top of the screen
- Go down to ‘QA types’ (shown below)
QA scheduler from any screen:
- Click on the QA icon at the top of the screen
- Select the specific client/carer from the list on the left
- Click on ‘NEW’ to bring forward pop up box (as below)
