We may use this as a brief overview when looking at busy/quiet times in clients/carers rotas. Away planner can allow you to see how many clients/carers are away at specific times
Top tip: When looking to see which carer is avaliable to cover a call use planner to identify gaps in their shift patterns
Planner Type | Information Shown |
Call Planner | Will show allocated, unallocated and instances where calls are not required |
Away Planner | Will show away reasons entered for clients or carers in a given month. This can be filtered by specific types by using the drop down at the bottom of the screen |
QA Shedules | Will show upcoming training and planned events such as appraisals for a given month |
Workflow | Will show details of any workflows that are attached to a client or carer’s records |
Efficiency | Shows the percentage of hours a carer has been allocated compared to their available hours |
