Holiday Calculator, Holiday Entitlement and the Away Period Tab

Setting holiday entitlement

  • From the ‘Carer’ screen select the ‘Holidays’ tab

Entering Holidays Taken

  • Ensure the entitlement has been set for the relevant Carer or the function will not work
  • Select the relevant Carer’s rota
  • Press the ‘Away periods’ tab at the bottom left of the rota screen
  • Press the button

Holiday calculator

  • From the ‘Tools’ drop down list select ‘Holiday calculator’

To view average pay, as opposed to hours, tick the ‘Show pay not hours’
